This project outside of Boston, Massachusetts involved moving a historic carriage house and building an addition; chosen for publication in Remodel Magazine and published in the Boston Sunday Globe Magazine. The owners loved their historic Italianate Victorian cottage and the equally charming carriage house. Unfortunately, the carriage house blocked their view of the Cahrles River in the backyard and was in need of serious repair. By moving the carriage house we were able to save it and to update their beautiful home. This project took several years; we remember fondly the hours of collobarating on the design, working with the builder, and finally, enjoying wine on the back porch with these great folks.
