The restoration and renovation of the Historic Calhoun Hotel in downtown Anderson, South Carolina represents a beginning in the rebirth of a vibrant and evolving southern upstate town. The eight story building features approximately 40 luxury condominiums with extraordinary views of the surrounding country and easy access to the Anderson Library and the Anderson Arts Center, shops and restaurants.

The remarkable foyer of this grand old building was recently used as a set for the George Clooney/Renee Zellwieger movie Leatherheads about the early days of the National Football League. Restoring this magnificent building has been a labor of love and a great gift to the town of Anderson.
