If you're green, you're growing: if you're ripe, you're rotting.

Commercial Architecture represents the single largest area of impact we can have on our environment. Not only are places of business the center of our cultural life, they are tremendous users of energy; even a small increase in efficiency pays huge dividends in strides towards ecological design. If we are to create a sustainable culture, businesses will have to lead the way - government alone cannot accomplish such a mammoth task.

It is worth noting that those companies that have embraced the United States Green Building Councils LEED program (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) have done so not because it was solely the right thing to do, but because it is good business!

Saving money on energy and on maintenance is good practice as is having healthy and productive employees.
